I think for my next challenge, I’ll keep it seperate from daily social media posting. I have wanted yo detox from insta more so than ever in recent months but been torn with commitment to daily posting there.

I’ve never been on Instagram. Now that I don’t feel I must post every day, I’m actually posting a lot, although I’ve taken quite a few extended breaks over the years. I’m learning not to worry so much about all the self-imposed “shoulds”.
