Well, having completed day one of the challenge and moving on to reading day two’s, as well as taking a sneak peak (I couldn’t help myself!) at the upcoming challenges, I realised that the list of prompts is geared more toward a general writing challenge as opposed to something that would inspire a short story. So, I will abandon that list and instead find prompts daily from life, the internet, conversations or something that catches my eye in the room I’m in while writing. The source of inspiration doesn’t really matter- what matters is being inspired and getting some words down on the page (screen).
